Terms & Community Guidelines

Who this is for

Key Women Community is a private space for current members of Key Women. You need an active membership and an account created with your member email to use it. One account per member; don't share your login or the community password.

Community guidelines

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. By creating an account you agree not to post or send:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or personal attacks
• Hate speech or discrimination of any kind
• Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, scams, or misleading claims
• Other people's private information, or anything you don't have the right to share
• Anything illegal, including content that violates fair-housing or licensing rules

Reporting and blocking

Every post and comment has a menu (•••) where you can report it to the admins or block the person who wrote it. Admins review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these guidelines, and may remove the member who posted it from the community.

Your content

You own what you post. You give Key Women permission to display it to other members inside the community. Admins may remove content or accounts that break these guidelines. Member contact details in the directory are for professional networking between members only; don't export them for mailing lists or share them outside the community.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. This removes your login, your directory profile, and everything you posted. Membership billing is handled separately from this app; deleting your account does not cancel a paid membership.

The service

The community is provided as-is. Referrals, recommendations and advice shared by members are their own and are not endorsed or verified by Key Women. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
